Starting her real estate career in the early 80's right out of college, Julie quickly became one of the top realtors in the country, specializing in new homes and cultivating a client base of builders and developers in one of the Southeast's top new homes markets. Creating an innovative showroom concept for buyers looking for new homes, her team provided a retail oriented one stop shopping venue with land planning, home design, mortgage solutions and interior design to facilitate a smooth home buying experience. From the height of Atlanta's housing boom in the mid 90s to 1996 World Olympics to the historic fall of the Savings and Loan Associations, Julie sought out and delivered to her builder clients solutions to buyer's market, rising interest rates, flat markets and eventual alliances with the RTC to balance her builder client's inventory.
When the market declined again in 2007, she worked with banks and mortgage insurers across the country to provide seamless REO service, closing hundreds of shortsale and bank owned properties.
